For 7 years, before I took the plunge wholeheartedly into the world of food, I was a brand strategist. I worked at adam&eveddb, with brands such as Waitrose, McCain and Cornetto, creating award winning campaigns for them. I love food and it’s a joy to work with brands that have a similar love for food. Now, I occasionally take on projects with food and restaurant brands, helping them behind-the-scenes to develop all things creative.
Past projects: I’ve built menus and concepts for brands big and small. I’ve developed recipes to all sorts of briefs: from fluffy steamed buns with charsiu glazed oyster mushrooms for a vegan-friendly Chinese takeaway, to crunchy colourful salads that will excite a City worker on his lunch break, to meal kits that help you cook like a chef. Sometimes, I help more from a brand front, helping founders make sense of food trends, or helping chefs shape the stories behind their wonderful dishes. Brands I’ve worked with include: Darjeeling Express, Nusa Kitchen, Banquist, Wholegood.
